The main thing that i appreciate from this particular website is the fact that most posts include links to similar fonts. he article about the typography and poster design of Saul Bass included such links. It is a great way to expand ones typographic vocabulary so to speak. There are a lot of fonts with very subtle differences, and a good eye will know which is right for a particular project. I've never been a huge fan of Mr. Bass's work, he seems to have a big enough fan base as it is, but i appreciate the extreme graphic quality and simplicity of his more popular work. I'll be checking typographica.org often from now on.
